"Mastery Bootcamp Coaching Program" with Joshua Smith

By singing up for this program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below on this agreement. In order to register for this program, you have to manually select the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box, which acts as your electronic signature stating you have read, reviewed and fully agree to the terms and conditions discussed below.

It is fully understood and agreed upon that there are no refunds given and by signing up for this program, you agree to not attempt any credit card disputes or charge backs. It is also fully understood that this program is a full 12 month commitment and if you are doing "Monthly Payments" you are fully committing to all 12 monthly payments and that you fully understand there are no cancellations during this 12 month commitment.

This program is an online digital coaching program combined with a private online mastermind group, weekly live group Q&A Coaching calls, and more. Inside the online training membership site you will access all the main coaching and training videos, information and content. You will have access to Joshua Smith through the private coaching program Facebook Group, the coaching question portal in the online training membership site and during the weekly live group zoom coaching/q&a calls.

Upon registration, your log in credentials will be sent to the email address you registered with and you will have immediate access to the "Welcome Section" and "Section 1" of the Program. Every 7 days a new section will become available to you and you will be notified by email. However, you have the ability to open up and access any of the sections/content before they are released by manually clicking the link below the section or you can email us at Support@JoshuaSmithCoaching.com and request access. 

The Mastery Bootcamp consists of 12 full months (1 full year) of access to the private coaching/training membership site, private Facebook mastermind group, weekly live Q&A Coaching calls and the ability to attend the in-person mastermind events while you are an active Bootcamp and/or Mastery Alumni Member. After your initial 12 months of the "Mastery Bootcamp Coaching Program", you are automatically added to the "Month To Month" Mastery Alumni Program (more on this below).

It is fully understood that all materials, documents, presentations along with any and all content provided inside this program, as with any programs provided by Joshua Smith, that it is to be used for personal use only. You are not to share, sell, give away or use any of the content, materials, presentations and/or anything included inside this or any of Joshua Smith's programs as your own. You agree and understand everything is to be used for your personal use inside your own Real Estate Business as an Individual Realtor, Team Leader or Brokerage Owner. 

It is strictly prohibited to share any "Log In" information with anyone. If it is discovered that you are sharing any content, log in info, or any information other than what is mentioned above, you will be immediately removed from the program and no refunds will be given.

You understand that the "Mastery Bootcamp Coaching Program" is a 12 month long Training Program. Immediately upon completion of the Mastery Bootcamp Program, you are automatically added to the Mastery Alumni Program which is a "Month To Month" continuation of access to all the content, materials & training of the Mastery Bootcamp Program, of which you can continue with the Mastery Alumni Program as long as you wish to continue. If you choose to cancel your "Mastery Alumni Membership", you can do so at anytime, but you will immediately lose access to all the content from the Mastery Bootcamp/Mastery Alumni program.

After the 12 months is up and your full year of access to the Mastery Bootcamp Coaching Program has been completed, you will automatically be added to the Mastery Alumni Program. As a "Mastery Alumni Member" you will get continued access to everything offered during the Mastery Bootcamp Program. The "Mastery Alumni Program" is a "Month To Month" membership which is $99/Month and will continue until you give notice to cancel. In the event you do cancel the "Mastery Alumni Membership", you will have to re-sign up as a "New" Mastery Bootcamp Member, if you want access back into the program. You can cancel the monthly alumni membership program prior to the first billing cycle by submitting a cancellation request email to: Support@JoshuaSmithCoaching.com and you will not be charged (this applies to the Mastery Alumni Monthly Membership of $99/month only, NOT the Mastery Bootcamp as the Mastery Bootcamp Coaching Program is a full 12 month commitment and there are no cancellations or refunds).

The Mastery Alumni Program (after the 12 Month Bootcamp Mastery Program) is a "Month To Month" Membership program and you can cancel anytime by submitting a cancellation request to: Support@JoshuaSmithCoaching.com. There are no contracts, however you are required to submit your cancellation 5 days prior to your next billing date. Any cancellation requests received later than the required 5 days prior to billing date will not be processed for that installment and customers will be subject to billing for one last month and remain having access to the program for that time period. It is important to note that, immediately upon cancellation of the Mastery Alumni Program, or if you default in payment for either the Mastery Bootcamp Program or the Mastery Alumni Program, you will immediately lose your membership to the online training as well as any ancillary content, communities and materials. These resources are only available while you are a paying customer of the Mastery Bootcamp or Mastery Alumni Programs.

If your payment is declined, you can send an email to Support@JoshuaSmithCoaching.com or submit a Tech Support Ticket via the JoshuaSmithMembers.com private membership training website and our Billing Department will reach out asap to update your credit card information. Any and all delinquent payments will be pursued by Joshua Smith, PLLC and a 3rd party collections agency will be used if necessary.

Upon signing up, you will immediately be given a link to join the private Mastery Bootcamp Member Facebook Group. The "Group Rules" are posted in the Announcements area of the Group & in order to remain having access to the Facebook Group, all rules must be followed. In the event any of the Facebook Group Rules are broken, you will be removed from the Facebook Group (we have these rules in place in order to ensure the Facebook Mastermind Group is a safe place for everyone to learn, grow & we monitor and are very active in this Group to ensure the best possible experience for everyone).

In the event any of the above agreements are broken, Mastery Bootcamp Coaching Program with Joshua Smith (AKA Joshua Smith PLLC) reserves the right to revoke your program access and no cancellations/refunds will be given.
